As a certified executive coach and licensed professional counselor (LPC) and licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT), I bring psychological expertise that makes my coaching distinctively insightful. To be clear, this is executive coaching, not therapy. We focus on your leadership goals, professional growth, and career trajectory. My clinical training means I bring depth and understanding to what fuels or undermines your effectiveness. We work on the mindsets and patterns that tactics alone won't touch. Our coaching works on identify the “why” of how you operate just as much as we discuss the changes you want to make so your thoughts become aligned with your actions.
